Return Policy: If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products, you may return them to us within 30 days of reciept for a full credit, exchange or refund.

For any short shipments or breakages, please notify us within 7 days of reciept of shipment. Special or custom orders cannot be returned.

Oracle cards- If the packaging has been removed, we cannot accept the return.

You should expect to recieve your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will recieve a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to recieve your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we recieve it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

Please note that crystals and minerals are formed naturally, so the shape and size is always approximate. Many stones have naturally occuring fractures and cracks that do no affect its individual quality. Also, our jewllery is handmade and no pieces will be the same, therefore proper care for the piece (such as avoiding long periods in sunlight or water) is important for its intergrity. Utmost care is taken in the packaging of each order to ensure you get the best hand-picked product.

Shipping Calculations: All items are shipped within 3-5 business days. If for some reason there is an issue with your order, you will be promptly informed.

Tracking numbers are provided with all orders being shipped with Canada Post Expedited Shipping and UPS. For orders shipped by Canada Post Air Mail or Surface Mail do no come with a shipping number since it is not generated in the system.

All shipping is based on the actual weight and destination of your order. You will be able to choose your shipping method and see your rate before checkout.

Currently we are only able to ship to Canada and the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Shipping Times: 

 

Standard Shipping: 5-6 business days to Canada and 7-10 business days to USA.

 

Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days to Canada and 4-5 business days to USA.

 

Express Shipping: 1 business day to Canada and 1-3 business days to USA.
